Welcome to the Booking Zone

This section will provide you with information that you may need about bookings at BFM as well as methods to make bookings.

Who are the resources for?

Priority is always given to full-time students currently enrolled in the Talent Development Program, in order to maximize their benefit from the short time that they have in the program.

Alumni may then make bookings when there is availability.

Alumni also have access to range of other exclusive services such as career consultations, music consultations and alumni workshops & events.

Why all the changes?

As the BFM Alumni community continues to grow, we’ve introduced new booking procedures to help take care of our shared spaces and equipment. These systems are designed to ensure that everyone can enjoy the facilities in great condition, while also helping us track how the spaces are used and maintained.

The goal is to make things easier, more organized, and more accessible for you and the wider BFM community. These updates will help us keep the environment safe, respectful, and in top working order.

Since these systems are still new, there may be a few growing pains along the way, so we kindly ask for your patience and understanding as we improve together.

Why do we provide access?

Bridges Academy resources are intended to support the growth of members of the Bridges For Music Community.

While facilities are usually not available to graduates of most institutions. Bridges Academy has taken the extraordinary step to provide certain facilities and resources post graduation, to enable alumni to further their own development.

It is important to remember that resources are limited and do undergo wear and tear so please be considerate when using the resources and communicating with staff around bookings.
